Are you licensed?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC). Our QBCC license number is 15197859.
Are you insured?
Yes we are. We understand that there are always possible unforeseen situations of potential dangers to our workers and to third parties. For this reason we have full public liability insurance and Work Cover insurance to protect all parties from unlikely property damage or personal injury as a result of our work.
Which brand of paint do you use?
Our customers come first so we will firstly use the brand they prefer. However, if our customers don't have a preference then we will typically use brands like Intergrain and Cabots for timber finishes. We have registered commercial accounts with the major brands like Dulux, Taubmans, and Wattyl that carry quality timber and epoxy floor paints so we can pass on any group savings to our customers.
How do you ensure the job is completed in a timely manner and finished impressively?
From onsite assessment of your job to estimation of costs we use a sophisticated project management system to anticipate the work required for every nook and cranny of your flooring project. This allows us to schedule accurately by breaking down the job into milestones. While undertaking the work we minimise the time variances by following stringent guidelines that are embedded to our Standard Operating Procedures and this dictates how each task is to be completed without compromising quality.
Will there be someone to answer my questions promptly once the job starts and throughout?
Yes, you will be assigned a project manager from the first day and you can contact them via phone or email at any time during business hours.
How will you ensure my home and contents are protected?
For those items that are mobile we always prefer that you move and store them somewhere safe away from the working site. If this is not possible we will carefully clear spaces where possible and cover up adjacent immobile furniture to ensure that they are not spoilt by unwanted paint.
