How much commercial experience do you have?
Our painters have over 15 years of experience in delivering timely and quality commercial painting services. We have worked on a myriad of commercial projects ranging from small to large scale jobs. Some of these include small cafe and restaurant repaints to refurbishment of offices, schools and universities (such as Ipswich State High School and The University of Queensland). While others use subcontractors, we have a large team of full-time employed painters and this allows us to deliver on time every time.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC). Our QBCC license number is 15197859.
Are you insured?
Yes we are. We understand that there are always possible unforeseen situations of potential dangers to our workers and to third parties. For this reason we have full public liability insurance and Work Cover insurance to protect all parties from unlikely property damage or personal injury as a result of our work.
Which brand of paint do you use?
Our clients come first so we will firstly use the brand they prefer. However, we do have officially registered accounts with the major brands like Dulux, Taubmans, and Wattyl so we can pass on any group savings to our clients.
How do you ensure the job is completed in a timely manner and finished impressively?
From onsite assessment of your job to estimation of costs we use a sophisticated project management system to anticipate the work required for every nook and cranny of your project. This allows us to schedule accurately by breaking down the job into milestones. While undertaking the work we minimise the time variances by following stringent guidelines that are embedded to our Standard Operating Procedures and this dictates how each task is to be completed without compromising quality.
Will there be someone to answer my questions promptly once the job starts and throughout?
Yes, you will be assigned a project manager from the first day and you can contact them via phone or email at any time during business hours.
How will you ensure my business premise and contents are protected?
For those items that are mobile we always prefer that you move and store them somewhere safe away from the working site. If this is not possible we will carefully clear spaces where possible and cover up your floors and immobile furniture to ensure that they are not spoilt by unwanted paint.
How do you treat lead surfaces?
If any parties suspect that your premises may contain asbestos or existing lead base paint we will always conduct a test to verify. We have the skills and experience to carry out lead paint preparation and lead paint removal to ensure your health is not at risk and your premises and the environment does not become contaminated.
Can you paint asbestos surfaces?
We have the experience to carry out paint preparation to asbestos surfaces if it is in good condition and cannot be removed. For those surfaces that are cracked, broken or extremely weathered, it must be removed as these damages increase the likelihood of asbestos fibres being released. The Queensland Government states that "Home renovators and owner-builders must hold a certificate obtained under arrangements approved or established by Queensland Health to remove more than 10 square metres of non-friable (also known as bonded) asbestos materials" (https://www.asbestos.qld.gov.au). We are able to arrange for a qualified industry partner to remove asbestos if it is required.
